1. Provider
AI Engineers Academy is operated by CoreMind Systems, CVR 45753255, Juvelvej 80, 8700 Horsens, Denmark. Contact: privacy@coremindx.com
2. Products
All products are digital courses delivered electronically. Access is granted immediately after payment via magic link email.
3. Payment
Payments are processed securely via Stripe. We accept card, PayPal, and other methods shown at checkout.
4. Digital Delivery and Right of Withdrawal
By purchasing, you consent to immediate delivery of digital content and waive your right of withdrawal under EU Directive 2011/83/EU, Art. 16(m).
5. Refund
All sales are final. Refunds are issued only for verified technical issues preventing access or billing errors.
6. License
You receive a personal, non-transferable license to access purchased course content. Sharing, reselling, or redistributing is prohibited.
7. User-Generated Content (Community)
When you share prompts in the Community Prompt Library, you grant AI Engineers Academy a non-exclusive, royalty-free right to display your content on the platform. You retain copyright to your content. You can delete your prompts at any time. We reserve the right to remove content that violates our guidelines.
8. AI Assistant (Anker)
AI Engineers Academy includes an AI assistant (Anker) powered by WebLLM (Llama 3.2 3B). In accordance with EU AI Act (Regulation 2024/1689) Art. 50, we disclose: The AI assistant runs 100% locally in your browser via WebGPU. No conversation data is sent to servers. The model is downloaded once and stored in your browser. The AI assistant is a decision-support tool — responses are advisory and do not replace professional advice. Classification: minimal risk.
9. Read Aloud (Anker TTS)
The read-aloud feature uses your browser's native text-to-speech engine. Voice quality and language support vary by browser and operating system. This feature is provided as-is with no guarantee of availability on all devices.
10. Liability
Content is provided for educational purposes. We do not guarantee specific outcomes. Maximum liability is limited to the purchase price of the individual course.

12. Referral Program
Referral credits are earned by inviting friends who make a purchase. Credits: (a) can only be used to purchase courses on aiengineers.academy, (b) cannot be converted to cash, transferred, or refunded, (c) expire 90 days after being earned, (d) are non-transferable between accounts. AI Engineers Academy reserves the right to modify or discontinue the referral program at any time. Abuse (including self-referral, fake accounts, or coordinated fraud) results in immediate credit forfeiture and potential account termination.
13. Certificates
Upon passing an exam, you receive a digital certificate with a unique verification URL. Certificates confirm course completion and carry no academic accreditation. Verification URLs remain active as long as the platform exists. Certificates may be revoked for account misuse.
14. Age Restriction
This service is not directed at individuals under 16 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 16, in accordance with the Danish Data Protection Act § 6 and GDPR Art. 8. If you are under 16, a parent or guardian must provide consent.
15. Geographic Restrictions
AI Engineers Academy is not available in countries subject to EU sanctions or with data localization requirements we cannot fulfill. Blocked countries: Russia, Belarus, Iran, North Korea, Cuba, and China. Access from these countries is automatically blocked (HTTP 451). We use Cloudflare Workers with Smart Placement in Western Europe.
16. Changes to Terms
We will notify registered users by email at least 30 days before material changes to these terms take effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
17. Governing Law
These terms are governed by Danish law. Disputes shall be settled at the Court of Horsens.
