Refund Policy

All sales are final. All products are digital and delivered immediately upon purchase. By purchasing, you consent to immediate delivery and waive your right of withdrawal in accordance with EU Directive 2011/83/EU, Art. 16(m).

Exceptions

We will issue a refund only in the following cases:

Verified technical issues on our end preventing course access that we cannot resolve
Billing errors (duplicate charges, incorrect amount)
